Frequently Asked Questions

When will my gear ship? We don't like waiting either. All orders are processed and out the door within 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
How long does delivery take? It depends on where you are, but we move fast:
- Europe & North America: 3 – 5 business days.
- Oceania: 5 – 8 business days.
Is shipping really free? Yes. We offer Free Shipping to our main zones (Europe, North America, and Oceania). If you're elsewhere, your rate is calculated at checkout.
Can I track my parcel? Definitely. As soon as we ship, you’ll get an email with a tracking number so you can follow your order from France to your front door.
Will I get hit with customs or import duties? Since we ship from France, international orders (outside the EU) might be subject to local customs fees. These aren't in our control and are the responsibility of the customer.

What’s the return policy? You’ve got 30 days from the day your package arrives to decide if it's for you. All we ask is that the item is unworn, has the original tags, and is in its original packaging.
How do I start a return? Just shoot us an email at contact@alcatrazsupply.com. We’ll send over a prepaid return label so you don't have to worry about the shipping cost.
When do I get my money back? Once your return hits our warehouse and passes inspection, we process your refund within 72 hours. Your bank might take a few extra days to show the credit.

Is this stuff legit? 100%. Alcatraz Supply is an independent reseller. We only source authentic streetwear. No fakes, no "high-quality reps"—just the real thing.
What about sizing? Most of our pieces (especially the 440GSM sets) are designed with a boxy, relaxed fit. Check the product description for model height and size references. If you want that extra-baggy look, size up.
Do the colors look the same in person? We try to keep our photography as true-to-life as possible. Just keep in mind that different phone and monitor screens can shift the tones slightly.
